🔒 Overview

Fire Dispatch is an emergency fire dispatch simulator for iPhone and iPad. We respect your privacy and designed the app to work without accounts, logins, or cloud sync. This policy explains what information the app uses and how it is stored.

📡 Information We Collect

Fire Dispatch does not collect personal information such as your name, email, phone number, or location.

Data stored locally on your device

  • Game progress — campaign state, endless mode records, and shift statistics.
  • Settings — haptics, sound, difficulty preference, and onboarding completion.
  • Gameplay data — in-session city state, reputation, budget, and incident history during active play.

All of the above is saved using Apple's on-device storage (UserDefaults) and remains on your device unless you delete the app or reset progress in Settings.

🚫 What We Do Not Do

  • We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.
  • We do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
  • We do not require an internet connection for core gameplay.
  • We do not access your contacts, camera, microphone, or photo library.
  • We do not transmit emergency calls — this is a simulation, not a real dispatch service.

⚙️ Your Choices

  • Reset progress — use "Reset progress" in the in-app Settings screen to erase saved game data.
  • Delete all data — uninstalling Fire Dispatch removes all locally stored app data from your device.
  • Adjust settings — toggle haptics and sound at any time in Settings.

👶 Children's Privacy

Fire Dispatch does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone. The app is suitable for general audiences and stores only anonymous gameplay preferences and scores on the device.

📋 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Simulation only. Fire Dispatch is a game. It does not connect to real emergency services. In a real emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.
