❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Is Fire Dispatch a real emergency service?
No. Fire Dispatch is a simulation game. It does not place real calls or connect to fire departments. In a real emergency, contact your local emergency number immediately.
Do I need an internet connection to play?
No. The full game runs offline. All scenarios, city maps, and progress are stored on your device.
How do I save my progress?
Progress saves automatically. Campaign chapters, endless records, and settings are stored locally — no account required.
How do I reset my game data?
Open Settings from the main menu and tap Reset progress. This clears campaign progress and records. This action cannot be undone.
Why did my city fail / game over?
Your city's reputation, budget, or incident outcomes dropped too low. Try dispatching faster, asking better questions on calls, matching the right units to each incident type, and watching the weather HUD.
What's the difference between Campaign and Endless?
Campaign follows structured chapters with rising difficulty. Endless lets you survive as many in-game days as possible — your best run is saved to Records.
The app crashes or behaves oddly. What should I do?
Force-quit and reopen the app. Make sure you're on the latest iOS version. If the issue persists, email us with your device model, iOS version, and what you were doing when it happened.

🎮 Quick Tips for New Dispatchers

  • Listen first — ask witnesses the right questions before dispatching units.
  • Match units — hazmat, forest, and high-rise incidents need specialized vehicles.
  • Watch the map — uncovered districts escalate faster when incidents pile up.
  • Manage budget — false alarms and slow responses drain resources and reputation.
  • Check weather — storms and heat change how incidents develop mid-shift.
